Accessibility Statement

Effective July 17, 2026 · Last updated July 17, 2026

SSDI Pathway aims to provide a website that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and use.

Our approach

We work to align this website with generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and conformance can vary as content, browsers, assistive technologies, and standards change.

Accessibility features

The site is designed to include:

  • semantic headings and page landmarks;
  • keyboard-accessible navigation and form controls;
  • visible keyboard focus states and a skip-to-content link;
  • labels and instructions for form fields;
  • live status messages for form results;
  • responsive text and layouts for smaller screens and zoom; and
  • support for reduced-motion preferences.

External websites

Links may lead to government or other external websites that we do not operate. We cannot control the accessibility of external content, but we welcome reports about barriers encountered when following a link from our site.

Need assistance or found a barrier?

If you have difficulty accessing content or using a feature, email privacy@ssdipathway.com with “Accessibility Support” in the subject line. Please describe the page, feature, assistive technology or browser used, and the format or assistance you need. Do not include medical records or Social Security numbers.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information through an accessible alternative and to address reproducible barriers.
